Getting Started

Updates 

• We’re all going through a pretty crazy time in the world right now. As a result of COVID-19, my trip has been pushed from August to October. This also could mean a change in route/countries. With so much uncertainty in the world right now, I feel even more urgency to share the name of Jesus and participate in missions.  

Here’s how you can help get me started on this journey: 

I am writing today to ask for your support in two areas. The first and most important way you can support me is through prayer! If you are willing, please pray for my team as we travel and attempt to carry out the Lord’s calling over our lives. I also ask for prayer over the health and safety of the team during our journey.  

I will face many challenges all throughout the World Race, but as I prepare for my departure, one of my greatest challenges is my financial support. Like most other missions organizations, World Race participants are required to fundraise financial support. In order to leave fully funded in October 2020, I need to raise $18,000. This money will cover all of my field expenses for the 11 months of the trip. As I take this large step of faith in trusting the Lord, would you prayerfully consider joining me with a launch gift or monthly donation? 

This graph breaks down my fundraising goal by monthly supporters. So, if I have 25 monthly supporters (each symbol representing a supporter) at the levels listed above, I will be fully funded!

**Adventures In Missions is a tax-exempt organization under IRS code 501(c)(3) and is a member of the ECFA. (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability). Due to IRS and ECFA regulations governing the administration of tax deductible donations given in support of a particular trip/program, support contributions given on behalf of an individual will be used to offset the costs of the trip/program you are involved in. All contributions are non-refundable regardless of the participant’s success in completing the program.
